My name is Mia Cacioppo-Cohen. I have newly graduated from Nottingham Trent University, where I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Fine Art (BA). I am a North London based artist who explores a range of mediums to capture feelings of nostalgia and memories by focusing on homely leftovers.

Since the summer of 2020 my own artwork has been included in exhibitions at The Royal Academy of Arts, The Tate Modern, The Tate Britain and more. My work is currently on show at The Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition 2024.

In the summer of 2019 I was selected via interview by The Royal Academy of Arts to do a weeks work experience at The RA. I fulfilled a wide range of tasks, such as paperwork admin, teaching workshops and curating. In 2019 The Royal Academy was hosting its first ever Young Artist Summer Show. I was invited by the curator Bob and Roberta Smith RA to curate a wall of the Young Summer Show along with two other students. Since then I have continued to curate smaller shows at University.
